Alice Staple is a London-based private chef and event caterer who trained at Leith's School of Food and Wine in 1999 and has travelled and cooked her way around Italy since. Her passion for well-sourced, quality produce sets her food apart. Alice works with artisan producers and local suppliers to create beautiful, seasonal menus of the highest standard, bespoke to each client.
Alice is also Executive Head Chef of Maremma, anItalian restaurant in Brixton focusing on regional specialities from the Maremma region in Tuscany.
