Lerato's African Cookery School organises cooking classes to inspire and share vibrant African foods and culture.
Love African food, longing to discover new and exciting flavours, or just need help with your jollof rice?
Join Lerato for a culinary adventure as she shares her secrets to cooking vibrant, healthy and sumptuous feasts with seasonal produce inspired by cuisine from Africa and beyond that you can easily recreate at home.
Classes include a seasonal variety, as will learn to make West African Jollof and stews, Moroccan tagines, contemporary African canapés and sumptuous recipes using plantains and spices. This class is plant based, suitable for vegans and vegetarians and open to all.

Gluten free baking with Naomi Devlin from the River Cottage
Expert gluten free baker Naomi Devlin is up from River Cottage in Devon for two days of learning the secrets of her famous sourdough, focaccia, chapattis, crumpets and more. You’ll leave with a little sourdough starter kit, flour to feed it with and the confidence to get baking your own loaves from scratch. Lunch included.
