Fermenting and the Happy Gut
with Naomi Devlin from the River Cottage
Learn to safely ferment vegetables and create delicious probiotic drinks to help support your gut microbiome, soothe inflammation and boost immunity.
You will also look at ways to increase your intake of probiotics, anti-inflammatories and deliciousness - wherever you are on the gut health spectrum. Your gut is as individual as you are, so you'll look at how to listen to it (and not just those weird noises it makes when you’re somewhere quiet) and use that information to keep it comfy and regular.
You’ll make your own lunch on this course and take home some digestive bitters, ferments and some gut-friendly treats to enjoy when nobody’s looking.
All dietary requirements can be catered for, just make sure these are communicated when you book your place.
Naomi offers one discounted place on each of the courses to someone who is on a low income such as students or those in receipt of benefits. If this is you and you’d like to claim the place, please contact her through the contact page on this website, or through instagram. The place may already have been taken, but she can let you know which courses still have a discounted place on them. Payment is in two instalments of £45 and she asks you to offer an hour of your time before and after the course starts in order to help set up and clear down.
